Why HDZero Goggle 2 Costs More — And Why It’s Worth It
HDZero Goggle 2 adds meaningful upgrades that enhance performance, durability, and convenience:
- Improved Optic Module – Now dust-resistant and redesigned for greater image clarity. This upgrade involves injection model tooling modifications and raises production costs, yet it results in a sharper, more refined viewing experience.
- Built-in High-Sensitivity Analog Receiver – No need to buy a $50 analog expansion bay or a separate analog receiver (often $80-160+).
- Integrated WiFi Mirroring – Effortlessly mirror your FPV feed to a phone or PC with no extra gear.
- Included Hard Shell Case – A $20 value included to protect your investment in transit and storage.
Together, these upgrades offer more than $150 in added value, while the new optic module significantly improves your day-to-day flying experience. The price increase reflects both the added features and the higher manufacturing cost — and we believe it’s a solid upgrade for any pilot.

Amazing Goggles, does it all. Very feature rich. Worked like a charm on both HDZero + Analog that I've tested. Recommend getting the echo antenna kit.
Honestly a really great goggle. Analog comes in clear and colors on HDzero feeds are vibrant. Latency is hands down, the best thing about these. I’m hitting gaps better than ever.
I have to only give 4/5 stars because the price is just so significant. Range and image quality won’t compare to other HD systems, but these are exceptional for what they are made for - quick reactions and split second adjustments. If you are a racer, or want to be THESE ARE FOR YOU.
I’ve been flying with Walksnail avatar goggles for a couple of years. Started FPV with these. Very good goggle. Recently I purchased the HDzero goggles 2. Without question, the build quality of the HDzero goggles 2, is far far superior to that of the Walksnail. The fact that Hdzero records on all the inputs, including the HDMI and AV inputs, makes it a great choice for your primary goggle. You can then buy separate receivers for other systems utilize them with your HDzero goggles. Highly recommend this goggle.
